Conference
This year, the concert of the programme’s laureate composers was accompanied by a scientific humanities and mathematics conference The Square of Intersections, a joint project of the Aksenov Family Foundation and the School of Advanced Studies (SAS) at Tyumen State University.
The conference programme was built around the problem of interdisciplinarity, explored through the intersections of mathematics, humanities and arts. The key question was what are the prospects for an interdisciplinary approach in academic research and creativity, and where are the limits of its applicability.
The Russian Music 2.0 project within the framework of the conference presented a section of the same name, where the proposed theme was considered on the example of contemporary academic music in Russia. The speakers included members of this year's expert council – Dmitry Renansky, Yulia Bederova, Anton Svetlichny, as well as composers who are laureates of the program – Anna Romashkova, Ivan Bushuev, and Andrey Besogonov.
